2. What data we process

When you request a demo with the form on this website we process:

• Name, email and company, which are required.
• The message you choose to write, which is optional.
• The page language and, if you arrived from an ad or a link with parameters, the source of the visit (for example utm_source or gclid).

3. Why we use it and the legal basis

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with this data.

• To answer your request and arrange the demo. Legal basis: taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent when you submit the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• To learn which channel the request came from, only if you accepted measurement cookies (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

While we handle your request and, if a business relationship starts, for as long as it lasts. Afterwards it is kept blocked for the limitation periods of possible liabilities. You can ask for deletion at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We do not pass your data to third parties unless legally required. Providers of services to the website (hosting and email) may access it as processors, under contract and only for that purpose.

6. International transfers

We do not transfer the form data outside the European Economic Area. If Google measurement is enabled, see the cookie policy.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to comercial@informatica-activa.cat and stating the right you are exercising. We may ask you to prove your identity.

8. Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encrypted connection, form validation and rate limiting, and restricted access to the data.

10. This policy and the application

This policy covers the website only. Data processing inside the Nora Control application is managed by each client as controller, and Nora Control acts as processor under the relevant contract.

We may update this policy; the date of the latest version is shown above.
